My name is Carol Bailey and I began my yoga journey as a way to release stress and find some balance in my life. I enjoy teaching a gentle and accessible type of yoga. I like to encourage my students to find peaceful moments daily as a way to break away from the momentum of a busy life, boost their immune system and improve their sleep. I think of my classes as a mini yoga vacation, your online oasis. An escape to feel refreshed and recharged.
My teaching focus includes gentle movements, yin yoga, restorative, meditation and breath focus (called pranayama). These are tools that you can use daily to bring harmony to your whole self.
Online/Virtual Classes (both on-demand & live) = I have a wide selection of yoga videos available, these can be played at any time. I also have live via Zoom group classes each month. Stay posted via the newsletter for my schedule.
